We do our best to pick, pack and ship all orders within 2 working days. Please allow 5-13 total business days from date of purchase for delivery. Please note that during busy periods, it may take us a little longer to ship because of the high volume of orders.
Refunds & Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied, please contact us using the contact form within 14 days from delivery to let us know what issue you are experiencing. We apologize for the inconvenience but cannot accept returns at this time. Please contact us about your situation and one of our customer service representatives will help you determine whether your issue warrants a replacement or refund.
Important note about large items:
Due to their size and weight, we do not accept returns or refunds on very large items such as Chicken Coops, Beehives, or their respective individually sold parts (such as Pens and Supers). For these items, we offer repair solutions, replacement parts, or full replacement. Our customer service representatives will assist you in determining which is appropriate for your situation.
